What the pause means if you already use OrganizeAI.

Is OrganizeAI still available?

Not for new installs. OrganizeAI is paused and has been removed from the Chrome Web Store while we rethink the product. If you already have it installed, it stays in your browser until you remove it, but it is no longer being updated and may stop working as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.ai change their layouts.

Can I still upgrade to Pro?

No. Pro upgrades are closed and the checkout links have been deactivated.

Can OrganizeAI see my chat conversations?

No — OrganizeAI never reads or stores your chat content. It only stores folder names and chat IDs. On the free tier, nothing ever leaves your device. Pro sync sends only your folder structure — never your conversations.

What happens to my folders?

Your folders and organization are stored locally in your browser and remain there for as long as the extension is installed. You can export a JSON backup from the extension at any time. To have any account data deleted, email hello@organizeai.app.
